FAIA makes print registration available to all of its members, but online registration is preferred. Members who register online receive a $20 discount on registration (discount does not apply to extra tickets to the Thursday night party or the exhibit hall only pass). Refund Policy:
Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, May 18, 2012. After that date, registration fees and extra tickets are non-refundable.

Hotel Information:
ALL ROOMS HAVE BEEN FILLED AT THE GAYLORD PALMS RESORT! FAIA has filled its block at the Gaylord Palms Resort.
We have contracted with The Melia Orlando Suite Hotel for additional rooms. Room rate: $149 one bedroom and $179 two bedroom suites per night (plus 13% tax and $15 Daily Resort Charge). Room rate includes Continental Breakfast, bottled water in suite, newspaper, WIFI, free local/toll/credit card calls, poolside towel service, privileges at, Celebration Fitness and Health as well as Celebration Golf Club. Transportation will be provided to Gaylord Palms Convention Center in the AM and PM.
