    Trusted Choice Logo HorizontalWith national and state ads regularly directing consumers to the Trusted Choice® consumer website, now is the time to make sure your agency is listed! If you haven't already, create your agency profile; if you already have, make a point of updating it twice a year.

    Here's how:

    Get started 

    • Go to the Trusted Choice® agents portal.
    • Login in using your User ID (your e-mail address) and password (your six-digit national IIABA membership ID number). This information was included in the email confirmation sent when you joined Trusted Choice®. If you cannot find your User ID and password, or have other questions, contact national headquarters at 800-221-7917 or FAIA.
    • After logging in, click on the "Update Your Agency Profile" link under the "Important Links" header.

    Review existing information… 

    • Review the information about your agency that is already there, and make any changes or additions needed.

    Then add additional information 

    • Look under "Optional Information" to select the types of insurance your agency writes.
    • Choose the Trusted Choice® partner insurance companies with which your agency has appointments.

    Voila! Your agency's Profile has been successfully completed/updated, and the information will appear on the Trusted Choice® Agency Locator within 24 hours.
