ACSR/CCSR Proctored Testing Procedures |

When you are ready to take (or re-take) an ACSR/CCSR exam, please review the list of proctored sites and select the location of your choice. 2. Call the contact person at the location you selected and schedule a date and time for the exam. Exams are given Monday through Friday no earlier than 9:00 a.m. and no later than 3:00 p.m. Appointments are mandatory. Please do not simply show up at a site. 3. On the appointed date and time show up with a photo ID. 4. The proctor will give you an exam and answer sheet. DO NOT MARK IN THE EXAM BOOK. Complete your answer sheet and return the exam and answer sheet to the proctor. 5. The proctor will not grade your exam or answer exam questions. The exam will be mailed to FAIA for grading and you will be notified of your score in about 10 days. 6. Within 24 hours of completing the exam fill out the information below and fax this entire sheet to FAIA at (850) 668-2852. Please do not ask the proctor to fax this for you.
