FAIA Board Directors Nomination Form

Any member agent in good standing may be nominated for FAIA’s board of directors by an individual, local board, though Association Bylaws stipulate that no two individuals from the same agency may serve on the Board simultaneously. Nominee must have knowledge and given permission that he or she is being nominated. Nominations must be received by Friday, April 10, 2026.
