Cat Extra Expense Coverage available to Westport/Swiss Re insureds

Good news for FMS-insured agencies affected by Hurricane Michael: Westport and First Specialty errors and omissions coverage includes Catastrophe Extra Expense Coverage for costs an agency incurs to help customers with storm-related claims.
Westport Insureds
- Up to $25,000 per catastrophe subject to a per policy period aggregate limit of $50,000 (unless you purchased increased limits) for the actual extra expenses incurred by you as a result of a catastrophe during the POLICY PERIOD beginning on the date of a catastrophe and for thirty (30) days thereafter.
- A $500 deductible applies for each cat extra expense claim made.
- This coverage is part of, and not in addition to, the Limit of Liability shown in the Declarations.
First Specialty Insureds
- $5,000 per catastrophe subject to a per-policy period aggregate limit of $10,000 for the actual extra expenses incurred by you as a result of a catastrophe during the POLICY PERIOD beginning on the date of a catastrophe and for thirty (30) days thereafter.
- A $500 deductible applies for each catastrophe.
- This coverage is part of, and not in addition to, the Limit of Liability shown in the Declarations.

To File a Claim
Submit Cat Extra Expense claims directly through email (and copy FMS) or fax to 877-880-1590. Please include the policy number and an itemized list of expenses being claimed, along with supporting documents.
